Use this affirmation whenever you want to tune into your innate wisdom, your intuition, for healing.  

Remember to be compassionate with yourself, whether the healing is emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual.  Being angry with yourself for being ill or upset is counterproductive, like screaming at a crying baby.  

Instead, be loving and present.  Wrap your arms around herself and give yourself a hug.  Or gently rest your hands on any place that hurts.  Breathe slowly and deeply, inhaling through your nose and exhaling out of your mouth several times.  Turn your attention inward and listen.  Your soul self knows what you need.  As you relax and breathe, let it guide you to your best remedies and the people who support your greatest wellbeing.
