Prayer to Become New

Today, at the dawn of a new year, I am ready to become new.

I awaken to behold my divine inheritance and my innate potential.

I affirm my worth, knowing that I am a beloved creation of God, unconditionally loving, infinitely compassionate, everywhere present, all the time.

I believe I deserve all the goodness the Universe has to offer.

Today, I choose to take the tapestry of my life in my hands, gently observing every facet, fiber, and color.

As I allow myself to appreciate the long view, I see my whole tapestry for the glorious work of art it is, the divine design of my life.

Enfolded in God’s ever-abiding grace, I celebrate this beautiful tapestry, choosing to love the whole design, even the frayed edges and empty spaces.

Grounded in faith, I follow my intuition.  I know I am filled with all the strength and wisdom I need to weave new threads of wholeness, abundance, love, and peace into my magnificent tapestry.

Today, I open myself fully—eyes, ears, mind, heart, and soul—to the splendor of new life.  I rejoice in becoming new.

And so it is, as I let it be.
